Spicy Paprika Chutney

Ingredients
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 2 sour apples
- 1 red chili pepper
- 3 small onions
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 0.5 tsp paprika powder
- 4 cloves of nutmeg
- 2 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tsp black peppercorns
- 7 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 200 ml white wine
- 100 g gelatin sugar (3:1)
- 0.25 tsp Salt

Briefly blanch the tomatoes, peel, core and dice the flesh.

Wash, trim and cut bell peppers into thin strips. Peel apples, remove cores and cube them.

Wash chili pepper, halve it, remove seeds and slice very finely. Peel garlic and finely chop. Separate onions, halve and slice into strips.

Add tomatoes, peppers, apples, chili, onions and garlic to a large pot. Add spices, wine, vinegar, sugar and salt; mix well. Bring to a boil and simmer on low heat for about 50 minutes, stirring occasionally, adding more wine if needed. Fill prepared jars with chutney, seal and let cool.
