Ingredients
- 400 g spaghetti
- Salt
- 4 cod fillets (125 g each)
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 2 red chili peppers
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 Garlic clove
- 4 tbsp vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- 1 tbsp butter
- white pepper
- 2 tbsp finely grated parmesan
Instructions

Drizzle the fish with 1 tbsp lime juice. Wash, deseed, and slice the bell pepper and chilies into thin rings. Peel and finely mince the garlic. Cook spaghetti in plenty of salted water until al dente.

Meanwhile, sauté the chili, garlic, and bell pepper in hot oil, add tomato paste and cook briefly, then pour in vegetable broth and lime juice, stir in Parmesan, and season with salt and white pepper.

Drain the spaghetti and toss with the sauce. Brown the cod fillets in butter on both sides until golden brown, season lightly, and serve atop the pasta.
