Ingredients

  • 1 Mango
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 6 tbsp yogurt
  • 3 leaves iceberg lettuce
  • 1 red chili pepper
  • 250 g Chicken breast fillet
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Salt
  • 50 g tortilla chips

Instructions

    Peel the mango and cut the flesh into strips, drizzle with lemon juice. For the dip, blend about one‑third of the strips with yogurt until smooth.

    Wash and dry the lettuce leaves, tear into bite‑sized pieces. Wash the chili pepper, slit lengthwise, deseed, and slice into thin rings. Rinse the chicken, pat dry, and cut into strips. Heat oil in a pan and cook the chicken strips with chili rings for about 5 minutes until golden brown; season with salt.

    Combine the cooked chicken, lettuce, and mango strips in serving bowls, pour the mango‑yogurt dip over them, and serve with tortilla chips.
