Ingredients

  • 20 Chicken Wings
  • Salz
  • Pfeffer (aus der Mühle)
  • 1 EL Paprikapulver (edelsüß)
  • 6 EL Keimöl
  • 2 EL Ketchup
  • 2 EL Bourbon-Whiskey
  • Tabasco
  • 150 g Frischkäse
  • 2 EL Meerrettich (frisch gerieben oder Glas)
  • 3 EL Schlagsahne
  • Salz
  • Pfeffer (aus der Mühle)
  • 200 g Tomatenwürfel
  • Salatblätter

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Rub the chicken wings with salt, pepper and paprika, then heat oil in a pan and slowly brown them all over, remove and let cool slightly.

    Stir ketchup with a few drops of Tabasco and brush the wings with this mixture.

    Arrange the wings side by side on a baking rack and bake at 250°C or under a hot grill until golden brown.

    For the dip whisk cream cheese with horseradish and cream until creamy, season with salt and pepper. Wash and cut celery into pieces about 12–15 cm long.

    Plate the wings with the dip, lettuce leaves and tomato cubes and serve.
