Ingredients
- 6 large shrimp (peeled, tail on)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tbsp chopped Thai basil
- 100 g black olives
Instructions

Stir 2 tbsp oil with crushed garlic and lime juice. Score the shrimp along the back and remove the black vein. Add the shrimp to the mixture and let marinate for about 30 minutes.

Pan‑fry the shrimp in 1 tbsp oil, about 2 minutes per side until golden.

Sprinkle the cooked shrimp with basil and arrange on a plate with olives.
