Ingredients

  • 2 corn cobs
  • 8 chicken drumsticks
  • 4 tsp ground piri-piri
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt
  • black pepper

Instructions

    Cook the corn cobs in salted water for about 15-20 minutes. Wash and pat dry the chicken drumsticks. Place the chicken on the grill for 10 minutes, turning occasionally. Drain the corn, cut each cob into 2-4 pieces as desired, season with salt and pepper, and grill them as well. Mix lemon juice with piri-piri powder. Brush the grilled chicken with the spice mixture, return to the grill for another 5-7 minutes, brushing again after 2-3 minutes if needed.
