- 50 ml ketchup

1.
Wash the chicken, pat dry and cut into 6 pieces. Melt 40 g butter, mix with honey and soy sauce, season with pepper. Marinate half of the chicken pieces in this mixture. Melt the remaining butter and stir in ketchup, adjust heat with Tabasco. Place the remaining chicken pieces in it; let them marinate in the fridge for at least an hour. Remove the honey-marinated pieces from the liquid, drain slightly, sprinkle with sesame seeds and place in a baking dish. Drain the other pieces and put them in another dish.

2.
Bake the dishes in a preheated oven at 220°C for about 20 minutes, brushing the meat repeatedly with the remaining sauce. After baking, brush the chicken with the leftover sauce, cover the dishes with foil, lower the temperature to 100°C and let the chicken rest for another 20 minutes. Take out of the oven, set the oven to 275°C grill mode, remove the foil and grill the chicken for 5 minutes. Remove the pieces from the dishes, loosen the pan drippings with a splash of plum wine, mix, season and serve on plates. Place three chicken pieces over the sauce, garnish with parsley and serve Sweet-Chili-Sauce on the side.
