Spicy Chicken Patties

Ingredients
- 500 g chicken breast fillet
- 2 slices toast bread
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 chili pepper
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped lemon thyme
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 1 egg
- Salt
- breadcrumbs
- sunflower oil (for frying)
Instructions

Wash, pat dry and finely chop or grind the chicken breasts. Crumble the toast slices and mix with the yogurt.

Peel and finely chop the garlic clove and chili pepper. Add both to the thyme, ginger, egg, and toast mixture and combine with the chicken meat. Season with salt. If the mixture is too soft, fold in some white bread crumbs and shape into about 16 small patties.

Pan‑fry in hot oil for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
