Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice wine
  • 2 tangerines
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp Cornstarch
  • 5 tbsp candied sugar

Instructions

    Peel, deseed and crush the tangerines into a pulp; mix with candied sugar and gently warm until the sugar dissolves.

    Combine the tangerine mixture with garlic, soy sauce, rice wine, vinegar, and cornstarch in a small pan; bring to a quick boil and simmer briefly until slightly thickened.
