Ingredients
- 0.25 tsp cloves powder
- 0.25 tsp ground cardamom
- 0.25 tsp cinnamon
- 200 g almond kernels
- 200 g cashew kernels
- 3 tbsp liquid coconut oil
- 50 g coconut blossom sugar
Instructions

Mix the spices together. Combine almonds, cashews, coconut oil, sugar and spice mix in a bowl and stir well. Spread the seeds on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and roast in a preheated oven at 200 °C (180 °C fan; gas: level 3) for about 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes. Divide into 50‑g jars and package as gifts.
