- 4 tbsp paprika spread (from tube)
- 200 g low‑calorie cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp buttermilk
- Salt
- cayenne pepper (ground)
- 2 Spring Onions
- 1 tbsp watercress
- 80 g mixed sprouts (radish, lentil)
- 200 g cucumber salad
- 4 slices spelt bread
Instructions

Whisk paprika spread with cream cheese and buttermilk. Season with salt and cayenne pepper.

Trim, rinse, and finely chop the spring onions. Stir them together with the watercress into the cream mixture. Fold in two‑thirds of the sprouts.

Rinse the cucumber salad and slice it thinly.
