Ingredients
- 200 g spätzle
- Salz
- 2 EL oil
- 200 g mixed pickles (with some brine)
- 125 g salami
- 1 small iceberg lettuce
- 2 EL white wine vinegar
- 3 EL salad oil
- 150 g yogurt
- 3 EL sour cream horseradish
- 3 EL whipping cream
- 1 EL lemon juice
- Salz
- Pfeffer
Instructions

Cook spätzle in salted water until al dente, drain and let cool slightly before tossing with the oil.

Cut mixed pickles into small pieces, slice salami and halve the slices. Clean, wash, dry the lettuce and line a salad bowl with it.

Whisk together the dressing ingredients, combine with the spätzle and remaining salad components, and place in the salad bowl.
