Ingredients
- 2 kg pork ribs (pre-cut for cooking)
- 60 ml soy sauce
- 4 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp rice wine
- 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- vegetable oil (for frying)

Wash the ribs, pat dry and lay them side by side in a shallow dish.

Combine soy sauce with honey, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, rice wine, and garlic. Coat the ribs well with the mixture. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours to marinate.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) under and over heat for about 20 minutes. Brush occasionally with the remaining marinade. Let cool, then fry in hot oil for about 3 minutes. Serve immediately.
