Ingredients
- 400 g cherry tomatoes
- 2 small zucchinis
- 400 g thick white beans (1 small can)
- 3 Carrots
- 1 Red Onion
- 200 g smoked chicken breast slices
- 4 tbsp white wine
- 6 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt
- ground pepper
- 2 tbsp finely chopped basil
Instructions

Wash and clean the tomatoes. Wash, trim, halve zucchinis lengthwise, then slice crosswise into thin rounds. Drain beans in a sieve, rinse briefly, and let drain.

Peel carrots and slice them thinly with a paring knife.

Peel onion, halve it, and cut into thin strips.

Sauté all vegetables in oil without browning, add wine, and simmer gently for about 5 minutes at low heat. Season with salt and pepper, stir in the chicken slices, reheat briefly, then serve garnished with basil.
