Ingredients
- 400 g spaghetti
- Salt
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 Garlic clove
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 150 g Smoked salmon
- 250 g mozzarella
- Pepper
- 2 tbsp chives

Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente.

Wash, peel, and slice the zucchini into thin strips or julienne. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Sauté the zucchini strips in hot oil for 2-3 minutes.

Cut the salmon into small pieces and dice the well-drained mozzarella. Toss both with the drained pasta and season with salt and pepper.

Serve on plates and sprinkle with chives.
