Ingredients
- 250 g spaghetti
- 0.5 head radicchio
- 1 EL Butter
- 2 EL dried tomatoes (chopped)
- 50 g parmesan (shaved)
- Salt
- Cayenne pepper
Instructions

Cook spaghetti in plenty of salted water according to package instructions until al dente.

Wash, trim, remove the tough core from radicchio and cut into coarse strips.

Sauté radicchio in hot butter, add tomatoes and cook for about 1 minute. Add drained spaghetti with a splash of pasta water, toss, season with salt and cayenne pepper, and divide onto plates.

Sprinkle with parmesan before serving.
