Ingredients

  • 400 g spaghetti
  • 300 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 300 g mini mozzarella balls
  • 1 bunch Basil
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • ground pepper

Instructions

    Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.

    Wash the tomatoes and halve them. Remove the leaves from the basil.

    Whisk together the vinegar, lemon juice, and olive oil. Toss the tomatoes, mozzarella, and pasta with the dressing and season with salt and pepper. Finally add the basil and serve.
