Spaghetti with Pepper Sauce

Ingredients
- 400 g spaghetti
- 3 red bell peppers
- 2 tbsp white almond butter (Reformhaus, organic store)
- olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 garlic clove (finely chopped)
- 1 small onion (finely chopped)
- a pinch of chili powder

Wash the bell peppers. Place two peppers under a hot oven grill, turning them repeatedly until the skins blister. Peel, halve, seed and dice into small cubes. Halve, seed and finely dice the third pepper.

Heat 3 tbsp olive oil in a pan and sauté onion and garlic. Add peeled peppers, cover and simmer over low heat for 5-6 minutes, stirring frequently. Blend the pan contents, add almond butter, and season with salt, pepper, and chili powder. Fold in raw pepper cubes.
