Ingredients

  • 250 g Spinach
  • 400 g penne
  • 125 g walnuts (coarsely chopped)
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 150 g blue cheese (Roquefort)
  • 1 EL Butter
  • Salt
  • ground pepper

Instructions

    Clean and wash the spinach, blanch in boiling salted water for about 3 minutes, remove, shock in ice water, drain and cut into strips.

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente.

    Sauté pressed garlic in hot butter, add spinach and sauté for about 2 minutes, season with salt and pepper.

    Cut the cheese into small pieces.

    Drain the pasta and mix with spinach, cheese, and walnuts; season with salt and pepper. Plate on warmed dishes and serve.
