Ingredients

  • 500 g spaghetti
  • Salt
  • 200 g mixed nut kernels
  • some sage leaves
  • 4 tbsp Walnut oil
  • Salt
  • pepper from grinder
  • 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan

Instructions

    Cook spaghetti in plenty (5 L) salted water according to package instructions until al dente.

    Coarsely chop nuts. Rinse and dry sage leaves.

  3. 3.

    Heat oil in a pan and sauté sage leaves and nuts. Season with salt and pepper.

    Drain spaghetti well and mix with the nuts. Serve topped with parmesan cheese.
