Spaghetti with Garlic and Anchovies

Ingredients

  • 500 g spaghetti
  • Salt
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 4 anchovies
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
  • pepper (ground)
  • 50 g grated Parmesan

Instructions

    Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente.

    Peel and finely chop the garlic. Finely chop the anchovies as well. Sauté the garlic in hot oil with the butter until lightly golden brown. Add the anchovies and toss the drained noodles (adding a little pasta cooking water if needed). Finally, add the parsley and season with salt and pepper.

    Distribute on plates and serve sprinkled with parmesan.
