- 500 g Green Asparagus
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 20 g butter
- 2 chili peppers
- 4 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp parsley
- Salt

- paprika powder
- 500 g spaghetti

Clean the asparagus, peeling only the lower third and trimming the ends. Cut the asparagus into large pieces and cook in boiling salted water for about 5-6 minutes until al dente, then shock in cold water and drain. Wash the chili pepper, cut it lengthwise, remove seeds, discard the white membrane, and finely dice the flesh.

Cook spaghetti according to package instructions for about 8-10 minutes until al dente, then drain briefly. While the pasta cooks, heat oil in a large pan, add butter, then chili, toss in asparagus, season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Mix in the drained spaghetti, warm through, and serve on preheated plates. Sprinkle with parsley and paprika powder before serving.
