Pasta with Asparagus, Tomatoes and Feta

Ingredients
- 500 g Green Asparagus
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 small onion
- 150 g sun-dried tomatoes (in oil)
- 2 sprigs Rosemary
- 200 g sheep cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- 100 ml White wine
- 400 g penne

Wash the asparagus, trim the tips and cut the remaining stalks into thin diagonal slices.

Drain the tomatoes and slice them into strips. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water according to package instructions, adding the rosemary sprigs; 5 minutes before the end of cooking add the asparagus.

Meanwhile crumble the cheese finely.

Peel the garlic cloves and onion, then slice everything finely. Sauté in butter until translucent, deglaze with wine and simmer for 2 minutes. Drain the pasta, mix it into the onion mixture, fold in tomato strips and cheese, and warm briefly. Season with salt and pepper, plate, and serve.
