Spaghetti with Cherry Tomatoes, Olives, and Parmesan

Ingredients

  • 400 g spaghetti
  • Salt
  • 400 g cherry tomatoes
  • 80 g Black Pitted Olives
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 0.5 Bundle Basil
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Pepper
  • 50 g Parmesan (1 piece)

Instructions

    Cook pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente.

    Meanwhile, wash and pat dry the tomatoes, then halve them. Drain the olives well and also halve them. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Wash the basil, shake off excess water, pluck the leaves, and chop them.

    Heat oil in a pan. Sauté the garlic until translucent. Add the olives and tomatoes, sauté briefly. Drain the pasta and mix it with the tomato mixture. Season with salt and pepper, then serve on deep plates. Garnish with basil and grate parmesan over the top.
