Ingredients
- 500 g spaghetti
- Salt
- 1 bundle parsley (ca. 40 g)
- 1 bundle basil (ca. 30 g)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp flour
- 300 ml milk
- 200 ml heavy cream (at least 30% fat)
- 75 g processed cheese (pure)
- 50 g freshly grated Parmesan
- pepper (ground)
- nutmeg
Instructions

Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente. Wash the herbs, shake dry, pluck leaves from stems and finely chop. In a pot melt the butter, sprinkle flour, stir, let it brown slightly, then deglaze with milk and cream. Simmer over medium heat for about 5 minutes to thicken.

Stir in the cheese and herbs, season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Drain the cooked spaghetti, toss it in the sauce, briefly coat, and serve on preheated plates. Optionally garnish with parmesan shavings and breadcrumbs.
