Ingredients

  • 500 g spaghetti
  • 150 ml Vegetable broth
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 100 g processed cheese
  • 150 g mozzarella
  • 4 Tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 4 tbsp parmesan
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp thyme (chopped)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • butter (for the ramekins)
  • paprika piece
  • thyme

Instructions

    Cook the pasta according to package instructions in plenty of salted water until al dente. Heat the broth, squeeze out the garlic clove and stir it into the broth, dissolving the cheese. Dice the mozzarella finely. Drain the spaghetti, mix with the sauce, stir in the mozzarella, and season with salt and pepper.

    Mix parmesan with breadcrumbs, chili flakes, and thyme. Fill four buttered ramekins lined at the bottom with the breadcrumb mixture with the pasta mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 25-30 minutes. Remove from the ramekins and serve on plates garnished with paprika and thyme.
