Ingredients

  • 50 ml Heavy Cream (at least 30% fat)
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 8 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 100 g fresh strawberries
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp white chocolate shavings
  • 4 waffle cones

Instructions

    Whisk the cream with the vanilla sugar until very stiff, divide into two bowls and place in the freezer. Wash, trim, and finely puree the strawberries with sugar and lemon juice. Portion the vanilla ice cream into a spaghetti press and press onto the frozen cream in the bowls. Repeat this process until all the ice cream is used. Place the tagliatelle ice cream back in the freezer for at least 15 minutes.

    Before serving drizzle the strawberry sauce over it and garnish with chocolate shavings and a waffle cone.
