Ingredients
- 80 g starch
- 800 ml milk
- 400 ml sweetened condensed milk
- 400 ml coconut milk
- 100 g coconut flakes
- coconut flakes (for garnish)
Instructions

Whisk the starch with 200 ml milk until smooth. Add the remaining milk, condensed milk, coconut milk and coconut flakes to a pot and warm. Pour in the starch mixture while stirring and let it simmer gently under constant stirring until the mixture becomes creamy and slightly thick.

Place the cake pan into a bowl of cold water and pour the milk mixture over it. Let cool, then refrigerate for about 4 hours until set.

To serve, optionally dip briefly in warm water, loosen the edge with a small knife and transfer to a plate. Garnish with coconut fruit flesh and serve with, for example, strawberry sauce.
