- 250 g flour
- 125 g cold butter
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 egg
- 1 bunch Basil
- petersilie (1 bunch each)
- dill (1 bunch each)
- 8 sourgrass leaves
- 3 eggs
- 400 g cream cheese
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- paprika powder (sweet)
- flour (for the work surface)
- chives blossom
- pimpinelle
- borretta
Instructions

Roll dough on a lightly floured surface into a circle and line an oiled pan slightly overhanging the edges. Spread herb‑cheese mixture on top, fold dough over it and bake in preheated oven at 180°C (middle rack) for about 30 minutes. Serve garnished with flowers and herbs.
