Ingredients
- 2 kg thick pork ribs (preferably already chopped by the butcher)
- 1 bottle herb vinegar (0.7 l)
- 4 onions (coarsely chopped)
- Salt
- Pepper
- mustard seeds (to taste)
- bay leaf (to taste)

Rinse the meat under cold water and season with salt and pepper. Fill a large pot with 1 bottle of herb vinegar and an equal amount of water. Add onions, bay leaves, and mustard seeds to taste. Cook for about one hour until the meat begins to separate from the bone. Let it cool on the stove, then remove the bones.

Transfer warm meat into a bowl lined with foil, chill for 24 hours. Serve on a plate garnished with bay leaf!
