Ingredients
- 2 onions
- 80 ml white wine vinegar
- 8 bratwursts
- 4 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 250 ml dry white wine
- Salt
- marjoram (for garnish)

Peel the onions and cut them into rings.

Bring vinegar with 80 ml water to a boil and steep the sausages in it. Then pat them dry, pierce several times with a fork, coat with milk and then flour. Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Remove from the pan and lightly sauté the onions in the same pan. Deglaze with wine and half of the vinegar liquid. Return the bratwursts to the pan, let them simmer for a bit longer, season with salt and serve garnished with marjoram.
