Ingredients
- 125 g dark chocolate
- 50 g softened butter
- 60 g cane sugar
- 1 pinch vanilla
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 egg
- 150 g wheat flour type 1050
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 3 tbsp milk (3.5% fat)','75 g powdered sugar from raw cane sugar

Coarsely chop the chocolate and melt it over a hot, non-boiling water bath. Whisk butter with sugar, vanilla, and salt until fluffy. Beat in egg and melted chocolate. Then fold in flour, cocoa, baking powder, and milk. The dough should not be too liquid; adjust milk or flour if needed. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Take small portions of dough and shape into balls (about 2 cm diameter), gently flatten the top, roll in powdered sugar, and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake in an oven at 180 °C (160 °C fan; gas: level 2–3) for about 15 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
