  • 250 g pineapple flesh
  • 100 g plain yogurt
  • 100 ml milk
  • 2 raspberries
  • 2 Blackberries
  • 2 Blueberries
  • 6 mint leaves

    Peel the mango and cut the flesh away from the pit. Dice the pineapple flesh, setting aside 2 cubes for the fruit skewers.
