- 75 g mushrooms
- 2 Spring Onions
- 1 pickled cucumber
- 1 tbsp lemon juice and olive oil
- 1 tsp medium-hot mustard
- salt, pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped dill and chopped parsley
- 300 g smoked trout fillet (4 smoked trout fillets)
- 1 tbsp grated horseradish

Clean and trim the mushrooms. Wash the spring onions. Dice the mushrooms, spring onions, and pickled cucumber very finely. Whisk together lemon juice, mustard, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Mix in the prepared ingredients and herbs.
