Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 4 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 tsp freshly grated horseradish
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 1 onion
  • 4 hard‑boiled eggs
  • 8 slices of toast bread
  • 150 g Smoked salmon

Instructions

    Whisk the mayonnaise with the cream cheese and horseradish. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Peel the onion, slice into thin rings; peel the eggs and cut into rounds.

    Toast the bread in a toaster. Spread the creamy mixture thinly on all slices. On half of each slice layer smoked salmon, egg rounds, and onion rings. Place the remaining toast slices, cream side down, on top and cut the sandwiches diagonally.

    Stack the halves as desired, secure with a toothpick if needed, and serve immediately.
