- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche
- 50 g smoked salmon
- Salt
- ground pepper

Remove the tops of the soft‑boiled eggs. Carefully scoop out the yolks with a teaspoon, blend them with the crème fraîche and smoked salmon, season with salt and pepper. Fill the egg whites using a piping bag fitted with a large star tip.
