Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 1 tbsp sharp mustard
- 4 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Honey
- 80 g Sesame seeds
- 4 Tramezzini
- 200 g smoked salmon (slices)

Wash the cucumber, halve it lengthwise, remove seeds and cut into sticks. Mix the mustard with the mayonnaise and honey.

Lay plastic wrap on a work surface and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Place a slice of Tramezzini on it and roll flat with a rolling pin so that the sesame is pressed in. Prepare all slices this way; then spread the mustard cream on the side without sesame and top with salmon. Lay cucumber along the bottom side and use a sushi mat to tightly roll the bread. Cut each roll into 4 pieces, arrange on plates and serve.
