Ingredients
- 1 handful of lamb's lettuce
- 1 handful of frisée salad
- 4 leaves of radicchio
- 2 stalks of dill
- 300 g smoked salmon (pieces)
- 1 Red Onion
- 1 tsp oil (3 g)
- 2 tbsp mustard seeds
- 3 tbsp pickled capers
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar (20 g)
- Salt
- Pepper
- 4 slices whole-grain toast
- 4 tsp butter (20 g)

Clean, wash, and dry the salads. Wash dill, shake off excess water, and finely chop it. Wash salmon, pat dry, and slice into pieces.

Peel the onion and dice finely. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add mustard seeds, capers, and vinegar; simmer everything over medium heat for about 4 minutes. Season with dill, salt, and pepper. Spread butter thinly on the bread slices, top with salad, salmon, and onion mixture. Serve immediately and enjoy.
