- 12 ready‑made pastry cups (pre‑baked dough shells)
- 150 g cream cheese
- Salt
- black pepper (ground freshly)
- 1 tbsp chopped dill sprigs
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 12 small slices smoked salmon
- 1 small piece cucumber
- dill sprigs for garnish
Instructions

Mix the cream cheese with salt, pepper, lemon juice and chopped dill; spoon a dollop onto each pastry cup.

Wash the cucumber, cut six slices and halve them. Arrange the cucumber halves on top of the cream cheese.

Roll the smoked salmon into a tight coil and place it decoratively atop the cucumber slices. Garnish with dill sprigs.
