Ingredients

  • 4 slices bread
  • 4 slices cheese
  • 600 g smoked sole fillet (4 pieces)
  • 1 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
  • 4 eggs
  • Salt
  • pepper (from grinder)

Instructions

    Toast the bread in a hot oven at 220°C, place cheese on top, add the fish slices, return to the oven and melt the cheese.

    Heat vinegar with about 1 l water in a pot. Crack each egg into the simmering water one by one and poach for 3-4 minutes. Remove and arrange on the bread.
