Ingredients

  • 150 g quark (low-fat)
  • 4 tbsp natural yogurt
  • 2 tbsp chives rolls
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt
  • 0.25 Cucumber
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 8 small slices whole grain bread
  • 250 g smoked trout fillet
  • pepper (ground)
  • 0.5 garden cress

Instructions

    Stir the quark with yogurt, chives and lemon juice until creamy. Season with salt.

    Wash the cucumber and slice thinly. Wash the lettuce, pat dry and tear into smaller pieces if desired. Spread the herb quark on the bread.

    Top each slice with lettuce, cucumber slices and trout fillets. Sprinkle with pepper and garnish with cress.
