Smoked Fish Bites

Ingredients
- 1 small savoy cabbage
- 250 g smoked trout fillet
- 250 g cream cheese
- 2 tbsp Sour cream
- 3 sheets white gelatin
- 3 tbsp chopped dill
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- 100 g shrimp
- 1 baguette

Separate 6 nice cabbage leaves, cut off the stems, blanch in plenty of salted water for 4 minutes. Shock with cold water, pat dry. Place on a piece of aluminum foil about 25 cm by 35 cm.

Peel trout fillets, dice finely and mix with cream cheese and sour cream. Soak gelatin sheets in cold water, then dissolve them in a small pot until almost liquid; stir into the fish mixture. Blend everything to a smooth paste. Season with dill, lemon juice, salt and pepper, spread onto the cabbage leaves. Sprinkle shrimp on top, roll using the foil, and refrigerate for 3 hours until firm. Remove foil, slice into 1 cm thick rounds and arrange on baguette slices.
