Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Hazelnuts
  • 1 large radicchio
  • 2 Avocados
  • zest and juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tsp nut oil
  • Salt
  • ground pepper
  • 8 sea scallops
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 Garlic clove

Instructions

    Chop the hazelnuts and toast them. Clean the radicchio, finely slice it, rinse, and pat dry. Halve the avocados, peel, remove the pit, and cut into wedges. Drizzle with a little lime juice.

    Mix the remaining lime juice and zest with nut oil, salt, and pepper. Arrange the prepared ingredients on plates and drizzle with the vinaigrette.

    Rinse the sea scallops and pat dry. Heat oil in a pan. Sauté the scallops for 3 minutes. Peel the garlic and squeeze it into the pan. Season with salt and pepper, then place the scallops on top of the salad.
