Small Bundt Cake from Spoonsparrow: The classic batter cake made differently! Try this delicious recipe.

Ingredients

  • 100 g Soft Butter
  • 100 g raw cane sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 4 tbsp Milk (3.5% fat)
  • 175 g spelt flour type 1050
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp powdered sugar made from raw cane sugar (or regular powdered sugar)

Instructions

    Beat the butter with sugar until creamy. Fold in the eggs one at a time, then stir in salt and milk. Mix the flour and baking powder together and fold into the batter.

    Fill the batter into greased loaf pans as needed. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (160 °C fan; gas: level 2–3) for about 15–20 minutes (test with a skewer). Let it cool slightly before unmolding. Serve dusted with powdered sugar once completely cooled.
