Ingredients
- 400 ml sloe juice
- 400 ml cherry juice
- 200 ml orange juice
- 50 g sugar
- 1 vanilla pod
- 4 cloves
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 125 ml amaretto
- 1 lemon (hot brewed)

Slice the vanilla pod lengthwise, scrape out the seeds and combine with the juices, sugar, cloves, and half a cinnamon stick in a pot; slowly heat until just before boiling. Remove from heat, add amaretto, and pour into glasses; leave spices in or strain as desired.

Peel the lemon thinly in spirals with a vegetable peeler and add one strip to each glass of punch. Serve with Italian almond cookies and vanilla pods.
