  • 125 g butter
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 125 ml milk
  • 2 Bananas
  • 200 g dark chocolate couverture
  • 100 ml whipping cream
  • 12 mini marshmallows
  • 100 g licorice candy (with white sugar glaze)
  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp ground hazelnuts

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 180°C fan. Place 12 paper cups into the depressions of a muffin tin.

    Melt the butter and let it cool slightly. Mix the flour with baking powder, salt, cinnamon, sugar and vanilla sugar. Beat the eggs with the butter and milk. Peel the bananas and mash them finely with a fork. Combine all ingredients and stir until a smooth batter forms. Fill the cups with batter. Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool.

    For decoration, bring the cream to a boil. Chop the chocolate couverture, pour the hot cream over it and whisk until a fine glaze forms. Spoon a little of this into a small piping bag and pipe faces onto the marshmallows. Spread the remaining glaze over the cupcakes. Place the licorice candies as skeletons on top. Mix cocoa powder with hazelnuts well and use to decorate the edges.
