  • 2 Rumpsteaks (ca. 200 g each)
  • 1 EL Petersilie (chopped)
  • 1 EL Kerbel (chopped)
  • 2 EL weiche Butter
  • 100 g Eichblattsalat
  • 4 EL Sonnenblumenöl
  • 2 EL Apfelessig
  • Pfeffer (aus der Mühle)

Instructions

    Crush the butter with a fork and mix in the herbs. Season with salt and pepper, then refrigerate.
