Ingredients
- 5 garlic cloves
- 3 sprigs parsley
- 150 g soft butter
- 4 sirloin steaks (150-180 g each)
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 8 anchovies

Peel and press the garlic for the butter. Wash, dry, and finely chop the parsley leaves; mix with the garlic into the butter. Pat the steaks dry, then salt and pepper both sides heavily.

Heat oil in a pan until hot; sear each steak 2-3 minutes on one side. Flip, remove from heat, and finish cooking the other side for 6-8 minutes. Serve the steaks with a dollop of garlic butter topped with two anchovies.
