Simple Vegetable Lasagna

Ingredients
- 2 cans Ratatouille
- 400 g beans (canned, drained)
- 275 g low-fat processed cheese
- 150 ml milk
- 20 sheets lasagna pasta
- 50 g freshly grated Parmesan

Preheat oven to 180°C. Mix Ratatouille and beans. Warm milk, add processed cheese and stir until a creamy sauce forms.

In a greased square baking dish, spread a layer of the Ratatouille mixture. Lay three sheets of lasagna pasta over it and pour some of the sauce on top.

Repeat the layers until all filling is used. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 35 minutes until the lasagna sheets are tender. Serve with green salad.
