Ingredients
- 500 g sea bass fillets (cut into bite‑sized pieces)
- 12 shrimp (with shell)
- 2 lemons
- 2 limes (juiced)
- 6 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp chives (rolled)
- fennel fronds (finely chopped)
- Salt
- ground pepper
Instructions

Whisk together olive oil, lime juice, crushed garlic, herbs, salt and pepper; marinate the sea bass pieces and cleaned shrimp for about 1 hour. Remove, drain, and skewer alternately with lemon slices onto 6 sticks.

Grill over high heat for about 5–7 minutes until cooked through, turning occasionally and basting with remaining marinade.
