Ingredients

  • 500 g sea bass fillets (cut into bite‑sized pieces)
  • 12 shrimp (with shell)
  • 2 lemons
  • 2 limes (juiced)
  • 6 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp chives (rolled)
  • fennel fronds (finely chopped)
  • Salt
  • ground pepper

Instructions

    Whisk together olive oil, lime juice, crushed garlic, herbs, salt and pepper; marinate the sea bass pieces and cleaned shrimp for about 1 hour. Remove, drain, and skewer alternately with lemon slices onto 6 sticks.

    Grill over high heat for about 5–7 minutes until cooked through, turning occasionally and basting with remaining marinade.
